Joint Site Inspection / Snagging
Joint Site Inspection / Snagging

To all residents,

A reminder that the joint site inspection with the Management Company, LSH and Bloor Homes is scheduled for Monday 28 September @ 13:30.

We’ve already circulated the current snagging/defects list, but before the inspection takes place we want to give residents one final opportunity to flag anything else that should be included.

Current items include:

  • Cracked kerbs and failed/temporary repairs
  • Road and footpath defects / trip hazards
  • Drainage and standing-water issues
  • Missing or inadequate safety barriers/gates
  • Berryhill Lane tree and pedestrian access issues
  • Le May Drive signage
  • SuDS and drainage infrastructure
  • Balancing ponds, fencing and access
  • Missing/failed trees and landscaping issues
  • Path edges and drainage in landscaped areas
  • Rabbit-proof fencing around the allotments
  • Wildflower/meadow areas

This list is not exhaustive and further issues can still be added.

If you’ve noticed anything else, please send us a brief description, location and a photo if possible to residents@oaktreegardens.com before the inspection.

This is your estate. Your voice matters. If you'd like to get involved or find out more about how the RMC works, we’d love to hear from you. Get in contact with us.
