Meet the Board
Oak Tree Gardens ManCo is currently led by a team of four volunteer Resident Directors, after the resignation of the Non- Resident Directors following the Annual General Meeting in January 2026.
We serve as Directors of the company, run by residents for the benefit of all residents & members of the company. Each Director brings a unique skill and a shared commitment to supporting the estate, safeguarding its future, and ensuring the smooth running of our community spaces.
Together, we will work hard to:
- Represent the interest of all residents & members of the Company.
- Oversee the maintenance as detailed on the Maintenance Site Map Plan, & all other areas & assets.
- Appoint and manage third-party contractors
- Review budgets & service charge expenditure.
- Respond to queries, feedback and concerns from the community
- Uphold the obligations & covenants as set out in the TP1.
We believe in openness, good governance and listening to the voices of our residents.
We are pleased to report that the two volunteer Resident Directors Mr Jason Steele & Mrs Kay Hinks, that members voted for at the Annual General Meeting in January 2026, have since been appointed, following the resignation of the Developers non-resident directors.
Since then a further two volunteer Resident Directors have been appointed, we now have a Board of four volunteer Resident Directors.
