Who We Are

The Oak Tree Gardens ManCo is a Residents Management Company (RMC) formed to care for the ‘Open Space Land’ on the Oak Tree Gardens estate.

Unlike commercial management firms, we are a limited-by-guarantee company run by volunteer resident directors for the benefit of ALL residents & members. Every homeowner on the Oak Tree Gardens estate is automatically registered as a member of the company, upon purchase of their property, and hold a stake in how the estate is managed.

Every resident at Oak Tree Gardens, whether a homeowner or tenant is an important part of our community.

What that Means

As an RMC, our core purpose is to:

• Maintain the ‘Open Space Land’ as detailed on the Maintenance Site Map Plan, Allotments, Balance Ponds, Footpaths, Play Area, Orchard, Wildflower Meadow, Emptying of litter bins.
• Appoint and oversee contractors & agents to carry out regular maintenance.
• Manage budgets & service charge demands to ensure fair and transparent use of funds.
• Ensure the estate is upheld in line with the legal covenants in homeowners’ TP1’s.
• Act as a point of contact for resident queries, concerns and suggestions. 

Resident-Led

The Management Company is currently directed by a board of four volunteer resident directors. This board represents the wider community and ensures that decisions are made in the interests & benefits of ALL residents – not external investors or developers.
