Play Area

The childrens play area located in the centre of the estate, is provided with play equipment that will be regularly inspected to identify any obvious hazards. The equipment will undergo frequent checks to ensure the equipment is fit and safe for purpose. The high quality appearance of the equipment will be maintained through maintenance inspections with work undertaken as and when required.

The annual inspection is included and budgeted for  in the service charge demand by the Managing Agent, who will formulate  an appropriate inspection regime.
