Our official name is Oak Tree Gardens (Hugglescote) Management Limited, Company Number 10377462. We are a company limited by guarantee, and we are incorporated at Companies House. To keep things simple we will refer to ourselves as Oak Tree Gardens ManCo. 

Oak Tree Gardens ManCo is responsible for maintaining the ‘Open Space Land’ as detailed on the Maintenance Site Map Plan  at the Oak Tree Gardens estate, located in Hugglescote, Coalville, North West Leicestershire

Oak Tree Gardens ManCo & the Oak Tree Gardens Residents’ Association & the Oak Tree Gardens Steering Group

The residents established the Steering Group in March 2025 to gauge the interest for setting up the Residents’ Association to protect their interests whilst Bloor Homes completed their obligations of the S106, the Open Space Land, and the issuing of The Certificate of Compliance from North West Leicestershire District Council (NWLDC).

We are now moving into a different phase of life at Oak Tree Gardens and are happy to report the resignation of the non-resident directors & the appointment of four volunteer Resident Directors of the Management Company (ManCo) taking over the responsibilities in protecting the interests of ALL residents and members of the ManCo
