Communal Spaces

The residents at Oak Tree Gardens are lucky enough to enjoy the benefits of a large Public Open Space, a children’s play area, allotments & community orchard, and gravel footpaths along two sides of the estate.

These green spaces are available to the public to enjoy. All that we ask is that users of our green spaces respect these facilities, and take into consideration that they are maintained and paid for by homeowners on Oak Tree Gardens estate.

We have very few rules in place, but we expect that all users of our facilities behave in a socially acceptable way.

We also expect dog owners to be responsible & pick up after their dogs and use the 3 general waste bins located on the estate. Please note that if the park bin & Berryhill Lane entrance bin are near to full. Please use the bin on Isabella footpath as this bin is emptied daily.

We also have two balancing ponds that Oak Tree Gardens ManCo is responsible for. These are important components of the drainage system on site.

If anyone notices any issues with any of our open green spaces, or any other issues on site, please get in contact with us, so that we can deal with any issues promptly.
