There are five main services that Oak Tree Gardens ManCo needs to perform well in order to be successful. These services will be led & overseen by our four volunteer Resident Directors.
The ManCo has appointed LSH Residential to act as our Managing Agent. LSH will undertake a lot of the day-to-day work on behalf of the Resident Directors.
