LSH Residential Company Secretary (CoSec) deals with all the critical administrative responsibilities associated with maintaining a healthy company.

Their Remit: 

  • They handle filings at Companies House.
  • They manage official correspondence.
  • They maintain statutory registers.

Specifics in respect to being Resident led:

  • Transition of Company Responsibilities: To include filing responsibilities and the filing of changes (resignations) from non-resident directors & the appointment of our volunteer Resident Directors.
