Grounds Maintenance Update

The new grounds maintenance contractor, Petrichor, is now working across the estate and has already carried out a number of catch-up visits following the gap in service.

The initial focus has been on bringing the estate back towards an acceptable standard, including areas which had fallen behind during the previous contractor transition.

The Board has asked for a clear programme of works and for attendance to be monitored closely so that the standard of maintenance is more consistent going forward.

There are still some areas requiring further work and we expect the recovery to continue over the next few visits. We are also continuing to raise specific issues where needed, including bin servicing, weeding, hedges, plot frontages and other managed areas.

The Board will keep this under review and continue to work with the contractor and managing agent to make sure the estate receives the level of maintenance residents should reasonably expect.
