Oak Tree Gardens (Hugglescote) Management Limited is a company limited by guarantee, which means that it has guarantors, popularly known as members. Every homeowner at Oak Tree Gardens automatically becomes a mandatory member of Oak Tree Gardens ManCo when they purchase their property on the Oak Tree Gardens Estate. 

Only when you move & the sale of your property do you cease to be a member of the ManCo, and the new homeowners have been automatically registered as being a member of the ManCo.

Everyone at Oak Tree Gardens whether a private homeowner or tenant who lives here at Oak Tree Gardens are considered to be residents.

In the context of this site, we welcome registrations from all of our residents at Oak Tree Gardens.
